I’m married to the most incredible man, Jon, and together we’ve built a busy, beautiful life with our three equally gorgeous children. We first met when I was just 18, started dating properly when I was 22, and finally tied the knot in 2021 (a year later than planned, thanks to Covid — like so many others!).
Our daughter Ava is 11 and absolutely horse-mad — she’s definitely following in my footsteps there. Harvey is 8 and just as football/plane-obsessed as his dad, and then there’s our newest addition, Willow, who’s now 13 months old. She’s the sassiest little soul and already adored by everyone who meets her.
Life is full-on, loud, a little chaotic at times — but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m a total coffee addict, and I’ll happily admit it — it’s what fuels me through busy days between the gym, the farm, and everything in between. When I’m not training or working, you’ll usually find me outside with the horses or lending a hand on the farm. My husband’s a dairy farmer, so he works all the hours — we don’t get a lot of downtime together, but when we do, it’s usually somewhere muddy and full of cows!
I’m not someone who enjoys sitting still. I like to be busy, I need a challenge, and I throw myself into everything I do. I’m definitely a perfectionist (sometimes to my own frustration!), but if I’m doing something, I’ll give it my all — 110%, always.
I’ve always been fascinated by fitness, nutrition, and the human body — how it works, how to fuel it, and how to push it to be stronger, healthier, better. That passion’s become a big part of who I am.
People are often surprised when they learn I’ve got quite a ‘girly’ job, because I’ve always been a bit of a tomboy at heart. But I love that about my life — one minute I’m doing something creative or hands-on at home, the next I’m out in the fields or up to my elbows in DIY. It’s a bit of everything, and that’s exactly how I like it.
