What are the first steps to enquire?

If  you would like to get in touch with me you simply email or via my               form. You would need to include the following information:-

  • The date of your wedding

  • Where you will be getting ready

  • The venue of your ceremony if different from your reception

  • The time you are getting married

  • The number of people requiring hair & makeup / hair only / makeup only

(Please note there is a minimum number of  3 hair & makeup OR 4 hair/makeup only) *

  • I will get back to you within 24 hours with my availability.  Then with the information you have provided I can send you a more personal quote.

HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?

Once you’re happy with your quote and would like to proceed with your booking, a deposit is required to secure your date. I’ll then send over a booking form containing all your wedding details, a full price breakdown, and deposit information. The form also includes my Terms & Conditions, which will need to be signed and returned to confirm that you’re happy with my policies.

CAN YOU ACCOMODATE LARGE BRIDAL PARTIES?

If your bridal party is too large for me to manage alone, or if you need to be ready earlier to allow for travel time, don’t worry — I can bring along a fully qualified assistant artist. Please discuss this with me at the time of booking or before your final schedule is confirmed.

Please note that this will incur an additional charge, which also covers the assistant’s travel expenses.

WHAT MAKEUP BRANDS DO YOU USE?

I use a variety of high-quality brands in my kit, as there are so many incredible products available. Some of my favourites include Laura Mercier, Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, NARS, Huda Beauty, Too Faced, Inglot, Kiehl’s, and Urban Decay — just to name a few.

I’m passionate about discovering new products and pride myself on having extensive product knowledge. Every item I add to my kit is thoroughly tested to ensure it performs beautifully and meets my standards.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let me know at the first point of contact so I can tailor the products to suit your needs.

HOW DO I BOOK A TRIAL BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

To ensure everything runs smoothly ahead of your big day, here’s all the key information you need to know about booking and preparing for your hair and makeup trial.

When to Book?

I recommend scheduling your trial 4–12 weeks before your wedding day.

I work in monthly order, which helps keep things organised and ensures fairness — giving priority to brides with earlier wedding dates.

How the Booking Process Works?

When I get back in touch to book your trial, I’ll send over:

  • A list of available daytime slots (please note that I’m unable to offer evening appointments)

  • Information on including additional bridal party members if they wish to attend or book a trial

Trials are held at my home studio, but I can travel to your chosen location in certain circumstances — this can be discussed during the booking process.

If you have any allergies or skin conditions, please let me know when booking so I can prepare accordingly.

Preparing for Your Trial

The week before your trial, I’ll confirm all the details and send over a few prep guidelines. This includes:

  • Washing your hair the night before or as advised

  • Arriving with clean, makeup-free skin

  • Sending a few inspiration images of hairstyles and makeup looks you love

  • Sharing a photo of how you usually wear your hair or makeup, which gives me a better idea of your natural style and preferred tones

Hair Extensions & Accessories

If you plan to use hair extensions for added volume or length, I recommend having them with you at the trial. This isn’t essential, but it will give you the most realistic idea of how your chosen style will look on the day.

Likewise, if you have any hair accessories you intend to wear — such as:

  • A veil

  • Hair vine

  • Headpiece

  • Flowers

Please bring them along, as we can incorporate them into the trial look for a more complete visual of the final result.

If you're unsure about extensions or accessories, feel free to get in touch before your trial and I’ll be happy to advise.

What to Expect at the Trial?

  • We’ll begin by reviewing your inspiration images and discussing your desired styles

  • I’ll offer my professional advice on how to best achieve or adapt the look to suit your hair, features, and preferences

  • The trial will last around 2 hours, or until you feel completely happy and confident with the final look

I’ll take photos of the finished hair and makeup for my reference and make detailed notes of all the products used. This allows me to replicate the look exactly on your wedding day.

If you’d like, I can also share a list of the products used, so you have the option to purchase items (like your lipstick) for any touch-ups during the day.

If you have any questions in the meantime or need help with anything mentioned above, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I look forward to creating a look you’ll love and feel amazing in on your special day!

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY?

I’ll be in touch via email following your trial to check that you’re happy with everything. If you have any feedback or would like to make any changes, I’ll update my notes accordingly to ensure everything is perfect for the day.

At this point, I’ll also send over your wedding day timing schedule, including my arrival time, so you know exactly what to expect.

Once the schedule is confirmed, I’ll issue your final invoice to make sure everything is up to date ahead of your wedding. Final payment can be made any time after this, but must be completed no later than the day before your wedding.
