

The Small Print

Booking & Deposit
A £50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
The deposit is redeemable against your final balance.
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Minimum Booking Requirement
Hair & Makeup: Bride + 2 adults (minimum) OR
Hair or Makeup only: Bride + 3 adults (minimum)
Numbers & Pricing
Once you have confirmed numbers and received a quote, these cannot be reduced.
Additional people can be added if needed.
All prices include VAT.
Payments
The final balance is due 7 days before the wedding date by bank transfer or cash (cheques not accepted).
Trial payments are due on the day of the trial by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 3 months of the wedding date will be charged at the full booking amount.
All payments made (including deposit and trial fees) are non-refundable.
If you decide not to go ahead after your trial, any payments already made are non-refundable.
Travel & Expenses
Travel within 10 miles of SK10 5EZ is included.
Mileage beyond this is charged at 50p per mile, and this also applies to any additional artists required.
Parking costs are payable by the client.
Additional Artists
For larger bridal parties, a qualified assistant may be required. This will incur an additional cost and will be discussed with you either at the time of booking or if numbers are added later.
Client Responsibilities
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to or during your trial.
Photography & Social Media
I may use photos or videos for my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
Emergencies
In the unlikely event that I cannot attend your wedding, I will do my utmost to arrange a replacement artist.
If this is not possible, your booking deposit will be refunded in full.
